Hi
A large organisation wants five additional logins of a generic nature to allow staff access the training programme at any time, from home or work. I have two questions! A) can we switch off the facility whereby it asks to "resume" where you last finished (given it might be an entirely different member of staff) B) what error message would a staff member get if they try to use a login that is currently in use? With thanks in advance and wishing you all a Happy New Year ![]()

Hi Kieran,
To enable or disable the prompt to resume on presentation in Presenter '09, please review this knowledge base article: Enabling and disabling the Prompt to Resume function – Articulate Presenter ’09 Knowledge Base In regards to multiple users being logged in as the same user, there won't be an error message.
