Hi!
We have been informed today that one of our employees had a results for a quiz that was not recorded in Articulate Online. While trying to replicate the bug, we have seen that it's possible to get a result for a quizz without being connected, as long as we are connected at the beginning of it. This is a major bug for us since it means that we cannot rely on Articulate Online to know who has done what and to give certifications to people who succeed.
Thanks for your badly neeeded help! Ivan |

Hello and sorry to hear about the difficulty. You do need to have an active internet connection for results to be recorded to Articulate Online or any Learning Management System where the content is hosted online. You can learn more here:
User receives an incomplete status or no attempt is recorded – Articulate Online Knowledge Base

Hi Justin!
Thank you for your suggestion. The problem is that it might occur without the user knowing it : if Articulate Online loads the quiz and the internet connection is interrupted, the user may complete the test and have a result without ever knowing that his results will not go to Articulate Online. Is there a way to prevent this or the only known way is through a message at the end of the quiz And is there any way to retrieve on the user's computer the the answers that were not recorded for that quizz? The only time they would receive a message is at the end of the quiz. There isn't a way to gather any information from the quiz if they were offline for anytime, unfortunately. I don't know of any Learning Management System that could do that.
