Hello,
I'm having a big problem with my interactions. They open fine, audio is recorded. They are saved and closed. The next time we reopen them, it says the interaction can not be found. I can see it/find it, but it refuses to link to it. Help! |

Hi hstokes,
Is the Engage interaction located on a network drive or is the target path greater than 256 characters? Also, does the file name of the interaction contain special characters?

Saving to the computer (not out on the network), no special characters. I don't think the file name is too long but I'm trimming it up and seeing what happens.
