Has anyone else had an issue with engage where you have a labelled graphic with several labels, and one day when you go in to edit it, it's replaced one of them with one of the other existing ones? ie label 6 becomes label 1 as well as label 1 still being there?
It's causing me real problems at the moment, is there any way to avoid this happening? Chris |

Hi Chris,
The issue is typically caused by one of several things. First, reinstall Flash Player by using the link below: *******Please do the following in Internet Explorer. Uninstall your current version of the Flash Player. Follow the steps here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Download the latest version of Flash: Adobe - Install a different version of Adobe Flash Player Then, here are some tips for managing your files which can help prevent issues. 1. Work on your local drive (your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, including file corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior. 2. You should also make sure the directory path to your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters (for example C:\Articulate). 3. Avoid using special characters, accents or symbols in your file names. Additional information regarding "Naming Files, Paths, and Namespaces" in Windows operating systems can be found in the following Microsoft article: Naming Files, Paths, and Namespaces (Windows) If you continue to have problems, see if you can replicate the issue with a completely new Engage interaction. It's possible that your current Engage interaction is corrupt and is causing the issue.

Thanks for that beeneeb,
I'll look into reinstalling Flash Player like you said, With regards to the tips, i already do those things, and I have tried to replicate it (or had it happen to me on other occasions, but it only ever happens on the Labelled graphic for some reason. It's something that has been happening for the last 6 months or more. Thanks Chris |

Hi Chris,
If you haven't already, please submit a support case and we'll take a closer look at the issue.
