Question EngageSDK.chm

I am sorry, but the extension DOES NOT install this file neithr it creates a folder called HELPPanel/Help iinside flash CS4 directory, so it becomes useless since I cannot find this file on my computer after the executing the mpx extension.
please correct this, or post the chm file here so that ican benefit from the SDK

Hmmm... I don't have CS4 but I can at least verify that it does work as advertised when using CS3.

The EngageSDK.chm file is found in your user profile. For CS4, it is found here:

Vista:
C:\users\%username%\AppData\Local\Adobe\Flash CS4\en\Configuration\HelpPanel\Help

XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\Flash CS4\en\Configuration\HelpPanel\Help

Hi, wfannin1. For Flash CS3, you can access the Articulate Engage SDK help files directly through the Flash integrated help system.

I have XP, but I can't locate the Flash CS4 folder under the above file structure. I can get until
"C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe" but there's no flash folder inside the adobe folder.

Is this a problem with my flash cs4 or something else?

Hi, Melanie. Welcome to the forums! If you don't have any application data for Adobe Flash CS4 in your user profile, it would appear that the program is not installed. I would probably start by installing or repairing Adobe Flash CS4.

If you have trouble locating the engagesdk.chm help file, you are welcome to download it here. Extract the zip file, and double-click the engagesdk.chm to open the help documentation.

Thanks!

I reinstalled Flash, but was met with the same problem.
Still, thank you for sending me the help file, since that's what I was after anyways. I still need the tutorial files though, correct?

My Flash Cs4 works and is installed as I've used it countless times before with no problem, so no idea why I could not locate that particular folder.
